Played two weeks trying everything to reduce trauma and constantly saved and loaded to avoid +trauma actions. Had a whole lot of consensual sex allways coosing the "reduce trauma" option at the end but still my boy suffers from controlled halucinations and controlled sever hallucinations (+/- controlled insomnia now and then). I've been loving this game for quite a few weeks now! I pop back on anytime theres a new version to see whats changed. This might sound a bit odd, but have you considered the idea of events with wedgie related actions? Whitney the bully would be perfect as an example of someone who could give one to your character, much like the event where they shove you in a locker. Random kids during the in class events could also start doing them if you act defiantly towards them and your skirt/shorts are displaced.

To be honest,I have some concerns. I mean I do highly enjoy the game, but... I don't know how to word it. Personally I either want balance or all out. Either put nicer, non-traumatizing, no pain things for consensual sluts. Thanks for your thoughts. Consensual encounters could definitely be improved, as it is they feel like the PC is still being abused. That's sometimes appropriate. There'll always be characters who treat them like dirt, even if it's consensual. It will always be a dangerous world as it's part of the game's core.

You need to be paying Robin's debt in order to lewd them. There are love and lust requirements but they aren't that high. They also can't have too much trauma.

Only thing i'm slightly disappointed by is the lack of acknowledgement of the wolf-transformation by most people. I would love to have more interactions like with the ear-pulling teacher. To that end, i have some ideas. However, i doubt you lack ideas of your own, so i would like a pointer in the direction of modding your game, like treefrogsoup did and maybe that'll help me make npcs more aware of fangs, ears and tail. I've been using your game since a few updates ago and I got a virus for the android version, that virus I guess was a kind of trojan virus or something like that because my device suddenly restarted every 3 minutes and got freeze unknown amount of times, fortunately I killed the virus but now I'm scared of download the game again. I love everything about this game except for one major thing: the combat.
Sometimes, it can get pretty repetitive. Every encounter seems generic. After a while, it starts to lose that special something. It would have been great to make each encounter more unique with more actions, positions, and animations. It would also be cool to create some sort of reactions like a character knocking you out cold after getting pissed off, having a character call her friends after reaching a certain degree of horniness, etc.
Also, the sprites during combat don't seem to match the sprites in the menu (eg. clothing).
I forgot to mention that both the combat and leveling itself sort of take a while. Twice already I forgot to backup my saves. But each time, it felt like an eternity just to get to the point I wanted to get to. I understand games should have a slow start (and in fact, I love games that do this), but when your options are severely limited it makes the beginning sort of boring. Something like bonus xp in repeated actions (constantly using your hands) would be super helpful.
Lastly, I wish Exhibitionism had a little more love. Even at max Exh, you still can't go out fully nude or elicit reactions.
I agree that encounters are too generic at the moment. More actions and animations are planned, as well as giving individual NPCs more personality. Right now they are all too alike. This will all take a lot of work, but I think it'll be worth it.

Ummm... It's me again uhh... There's something wrong with the android version. It's uhh... Kinda broken. Outfit and color of the character (clothes, eyes, hair) is RED,no matter how many times I tried, it stills red. And there no animation, weird events.
I wonder if you found something wrong, but the game is 5 MB's, wonder if it's because of the animations, is it a bug or something else.
There were changes made to how images are handled to make them easier to expand in the future. This also had the effect of greatly lowering the file size.
Unfortunately it turns out that the new method the game uses to colour and animate images is not supported on older browsers (4 or more years old.) Worse, some older Android devices cannot update their browsers. This sounds like your situation.
I'm sorry :( I'm searching to see if there's a way to fix this. In the meantime, make sure your browser is up to date. It's possible this isn't your problem though, as I've not heard of the animations failing before, just the image colours.

When you have a lot of fame Leighton will approach you whether or not you've blackmailed them already. The third option appears after that, but is only useful if you want to avoid the announcement board event. You can also unlock the consensual stuff by just ignoring Leighton's demands.
You can only blackmail leighton once, even though you can find their password multiple times.
Have you considered adding more permanent stuff to be done to the PC, such as branding, tattoos or loss of limbs. Branding could be a punishment from people like Leighton, Whitney and Bailey for example if you don't pay Bailey. Tattoos could be purchasable from the shopping centre. Amputation could be caused by several events such as being really defiant against wolves and giant lizards causing them to rip off limbs or new events (such as pirates at sea). Finally, I feel a quality of life feature that could be useful would be initiating sex with Robin as opposed to having to wait until the end of the day. Regardless I can't wait to see what you do with this!
Tattoos and branding are planned. Amputation is not.
My thinking has been that you and Robin need to be careful with timing, lest Bailey overhear. Perhaps that's a risk the player should be allowed to take.

I found this game and went in blind, and boy was it a surprise. Trying to manage everything at once and survive in this game takes some commitment, but it's got so many ways to fuck you up anyway. And when I finally managed some stability, they fucking did it.
They took Robin.
I didn't know when I got so invested, but I did, and I was still ignorant to most of it. But when Robin disappeared, things got to the next level, and I had to save her. I'll admit to reloading to do it right, but I wasn't gonna let that one get away from me. It was a struggle, but I did it, and from then on I've made it my mission to heal her.
It was just so... sad. The game is bleak as a whole, but those parts with Robin after she got sold off were just... depressing. I started spending all my spare time with her, taking her to the hospital and all that, buying a new console, hoping for the best, and then...
They took her again.
It was like a blow to the heart, a ball of ice in the gut, but fuck man I get invested in things too easily. I searched for her everywhere, and wound up loading it back to where I could figure out I had to take on her debt. From then on I've continued spending as much time as possible with her. I got her down to just "troubled" but I'm hoping there's a good ending to it, because I need to see it.
That's the short version of my experience with this game. You've made a damn good one. I just wanted to share, and let you know what I'm hoping for in the end. I know you have a lot planned already, so I'll keep my suggestions to a watersports option, and if/when vibrators are a thing, being made/paid to keep them in.

I already have it at notorious actually, the wiki didn't mention exhibitionism as being necessary for the event to trigger either, so I don't think that's it?
Exhibitionism fame indeed does not count towards that event.
You need 4000 combined fame from the four relevant areas. Notorious means you have 1000+ in that category. There's no upper limit. So if you continue gaining sex, rape and prostitution fame the event will trigger.
I'm not sure. I've played a lot of lewd games, many of which left an impression on me and inspired me. I'd be surprised if Violated Heroine in particular didn't contribute.

I was wondering if there'd be a chance to make relationships with the named NPCs more/less vanilla in the future. Like, allowing Robin to be abused by taking on their debt too late could lead to their relationship with the player being more instable, aka Robin still being traumatised during certain events instead of being naive and innocent as they would usually be. Or them just understanding more in general. Or Whitney...like, if they have high love but low Dominance, they could end up being less sadistic (still kinda dominant/forceful, but more in a Tsundere kind, like "how tf do you even love someone? Do I...give them flowers?") I personally like dominant/pushy characters, but Whitney is too sadistic (but otherwise an amazing character and a way to change relationships to become more or less vanilla would be amazing!)
I do want to make the player character's relationship with NPCs more dynamic. That will probably involve stat changes and impactful events like Robin's trial at the docks.

I was playing the game yesterday night on my android, and I thought about certain stuff that can make the game feel more lively and fun to play:
.- When you're doing the sexual intercourse with more than two or three guys, it's okay to kiss one of the guys while you fap or rub your cheeks into the other guys penis.. but not throughout the whole intercourse like it's happening now...
For example: I was having a foursome yesterday night, and I had a guy kissing me throughout the whole course of the sex, when I wanted to just suck him or any other guy... but I didn't want to use the pull away option since it disappoints the guy...

After playing it for several days, I have come to the conclusion that: it is not bad, but pretty uncomfortable to play with. The reason to this is: the gameplay itself isn't bad, what's bad is that I can't flip the screen with the rotation screen option available in android... Of course, there's this > icon which you use to see the status of your character... but it's pretty uncomfortable to do so since it obstructs most of the screen... I would like the game to flip when I flip my mobile as while, which will conclude in having better vision of everything game related

I think the rate in which promiscuity levels rise is a bit too fast compared to the others... I don't know if it gets harder everytime you get to Promiscuity 2 - 3 and so on... but I created a character and made him an exhibitionist... and the difference between rising up my exhibisionism level compared to my Promiscuity level is really big...
Exhibitionism and the like don't get slower to increase exactly, but the range of effective actions changes. Soon after unlocking a new tier, the previous tier becomes ineffective. So level 2 actions are needed to get to level 3, level 3 actions are needed for level 4 etc. I need to make this clearer in the game.

Try that, if you still lack iterations, download the file again and try again..
The normal version needs to be extracted with an archiver, like 7-Zip, before use. Once the archiver is installed, right click the file you download here then click "Extract Here". It should produce a folder with the game inside.
I think that there should be a conformation screen before swimming like "You are not in a swimsuit are you sure you want to go swimming in these" the amount of times i forget to change into a swimsuit and half to navigate my to get to a point to dry off is crazy

The game is SO long, that at least for me, it's kinda getting repetitive... Waking up, working a bit, go to school, increase promiscuity & exhibitionism lvls, increasing your choice's love, making some excercise, sleeping.. it's always kinda the same thing
I think it would be a good idea to reduce some of those days, to make the game a bit smaller in terms of days.. or if you don't want to do that, you can spacre out the events a bit, and add a bit of variety to the game
For example, you get the lichen project for science one or two days after you started playing the game, and the events involving Leighton's photos in school take a long while to happen.
And about the variety, I think it would be a good thing to add these if you don't have plans on reducing the in-game days.. such as: go to eat with your couple, go out to play some arcades or bowling & pool this ones can either be with your couple or with your school friends.. go fishing when you are in the docks (which can help you gain some funds if you sell the fish to the dock guy, or if you just don't want that you can return it back to the water...
Maybe even some more events involving the forest such as camping, maybe even going to the forest with school for some sort of educative lesson but out of the school.. and this last one can he used for the other lessons such as math history etc.. instead of the museum being used only in the weekend we can pay a visit to it and learn History..
I think these could give the game a ton more life and dinamism to it, because now it's kind of really robotic and it kinda loose it's meaning after you play it for several days since it gets really repetitive...

A gym can be another good idea for making excercise.. maybe you can choose the type of training you want to have in order to have certain type of body-build.. or maybe find one of your schoolmates there, which can "help you" train and it can end up in a sex scene too
I agree the game could use more dynamism, and that it can be too slow at times. Thanks for the ideas about how that could be improved. There are many areas that have content planned, and are just too empty right now.
Only Just installed 1.32.1 - Have been playing 1.31 so these comments might be out of date but looking at your update log I think not. Hadn't noticed many bugs only thing I have come across as a bug is Leighton's Password event even after he's been blackmailed. Intentional? If it has options later ignore, I am sure I will find them. I do have a couple of suggestions that I hope you might consider:-
Exhibitionism mostly. Even with 100 (and set to excited by being seen in underwear or nake) "I" still seem very shy about nudity. I feel I should be able to flaunt more (not without risk or Crime or Delanquany of course) but suddenly being scared to be seen in the Orphanage naked when you will willing sunbathe in it's gardens that way. Walking the streets naked should be a mistake but not because I am embarrassed by it. Not sure how much work that would take to implement. Before the swim in school naked becomes an option, could swim in bikini and swim in only bikini bottoms be added? Being able to be Topless on the beach as an option, as it's acceptable in most of the world. History lesson, revealing outfit have a Flaunt it option. Stripping naked in Science class does. And finally, not related to Nudity or Exhibitionism :) History Lesson - Pillory - If you keep your head down then someone else volunteer to suffer what would have been your fate. You then have the option of Bully, Help, Ignore. Help could lead to whatever repurcussions you think suitable :)

I guess there should be oral and passive anal level 5 actions like "envelope" that goes from rubbing/licking to straight penetration.

This might sound a bit odd, but have you considered the idea of events with wedgie related actions? Whitney the bully would be perfect as an example of someone who could give one to your character, much like the event where they shove you in a locker. Random kids during the in class events could also start doing them if you act defiantly towards them and your skirt/shorts are displaced.

Thanks for your thoughts. Consensual encounters could definitely be improved, as it is they feel like the PC is still being abused. That's sometimes appropriate. There'll always be characters who treat them like dirt, even if it's consensual. It will always be a dangerous world as it's part of the game's core.

Only thing i'm slightly disappointed by is the lack of acknowledgement of the wolf-transformation by most people. I would love to have more interactions like with the ear-pulling teacher.

I've been using your game since a few updates ago and I got a virus for the android version, that virus I guess was a kind of trojan virus or something like that because my device suddenly restarted every 3 minutes and got freeze unknown amount of times, fortunately I killed the virus but now I'm scared of download the game again. It's just so awesome and it has a lot of future, so I'm wondering if there is something wrong with the code of the game for the android version or something to make it have a virus. DeleteI love everything about this game except for one major thing: the combat.
ReplyDeleteSometimes, it can get pretty repetitive. Every encounter seems generic. After a while, it starts to lose that special something. It would have been great to make each encounter more unique with more actions, positions, and animations. It would also be cool to create some sort of reactions like a character knocking you out cold after getting pissed off, having a character call her friends after reaching a certain degree of horniness, etc.
Also, the sprites during combat don't seem to match the sprites in the menu (eg. clothing).
I forgot to mention that both the combat and leveling itself sort of take a while. Twice already I forgot to backup my saves. But each time, it felt like an eternity just to get to the point I wanted to get to. I understand games should have a slow start (and in fact, I love games that do this), but when your options are severely limited it makes the beginning sort of boring. Something like bonus xp in repeated actions (constantly using your hands) would be super helpful.

DeleteI agree that encounters are too generic at the moment. More actions and animations are planned, as well as giving individual NPCs more personality. Right now they are all too alike. This will all take a lot of work, but I think it'll be worth it.

DeleteUmmm... It's me again uhh... There's something wrong with the android version. It's uhh... Kinda broken. Outfit and color of the character (clothes, eyes, hair) is RED,no matter how many times I tried, it stills red. And there no animation, weird events.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if you found something wrong, but the game is 5 MB's, wonder if it's because of the animations, is it a bug or something else.
There were changes made to how images are handled to make them easier to expand in the future. This also had the effect of greatly lowering the file size.
DeleteUnfortunately it turns out that the new method the game uses to colour and animate images is not supported on older browsers (4 or more years old.) Worse, some older Android devices cannot update their browsers. This sounds like your situation.
I'm sorry :( I'm searching to see if there's a way to fix this. In the meantime, make sure your browser is up to date. It's possible this isn't your problem though, as I've not heard of the animations failing before, just the image colours.
I had no problems with the animations or events or colors before. Only the virus thing, which thing it's kinda weird.

ReplyDeleteWhen you have a lot of fame Leighton will approach you whether or not you've blackmailed them already. The third option appears after that, but is only useful if you want to avoid the announcement board event. You can also unlock the consensual stuff by just ignoring Leighton's demands.

Have you considered adding more permanent stuff to be done to the PC, such as branding, tattoos or loss of limbs. Branding could be a punishment from people like Leighton, Whitney and Bailey for example if you don't pay Bailey. Tattoos could be purchasable from the shopping centre. Amputation could be caused by several events such as being really defiant against wolves and giant lizards causing them to rip off limbs or new events (such as pirates at sea).

DeleteI found this game and went in blind, and boy was it a surprise. Trying to manage everything at once and survive in this game takes some commitment, but it's got so many ways to fuck you up anyway. And when I finally managed some stability, they fucking did it.

I didn't know when I got so invested, but I did, and I was still ignorant to most of it. But when Robin disappeared, things got to the next level, and I had to save her. I'll admit to reloading to do it right, but I wasn't gonna let that one get away from me. It was a struggle, but I did it, and from then on I've made it my mission to heal her.
It was just so... sad. The game is bleak as a whole, but those parts with Robin after she got sold off were just... depressing. I started spending all my spare time with her, taking her to the hospital and all that, buying a new console, hoping for the best, and then...
They took her again.
It was like a blow to the heart, a ball of ice in the gut, but fuck man I get invested in things too easily. I searched for her everywhere, and wound up loading it back to where I could figure out I had to take on her debt. From then on I've continued spending as much time as possible with her. I got her down to just "troubled" but I'm hoping there's a good ending to it, because I need to see it.
That's the short version of my experience with this game. You've made a damn good one. I just wanted to share, and let you know what I'm hoping for in the end. I know you have a lot planned already, so I'll keep my suggestions to a watersports option, and if/when vibrators are a thing, being made/paid to keep them in.

DeleteExhibitionism fame indeed does not count towards that event.
DeleteYou need 4000 combined fame from the four relevant areas. Notorious means you have 1000+ in that category. There's no upper limit. So if you continue gaining sex, rape and prostitution fame the event will trigger.

Holiday festivals, seasons and more Kylar are planned, but I'm not sure when. I'm considering how stockholm syndrome could be incorporated into your interactions with Kylar, but there are no plans like that for Morgan.

As for new clothes, lots more are planned, but the underlying system is being overhauled first, to make adding new items easier. You will need to wrap up in winter. I'm considering how makeup could be incorporated.

ReplyDeleteI also think urine would make animal encounters where they pee on you to mark you as their territory interesting, and being able to pee on a molester to disgust them might be an interesting mechanic. Though, I'd also add a chance for the molester to just be turned on by it as a like, 10% chance or something.
Urine isn't something I'm into, so it's unlikely to make an appearance. I'll consider it though. You're right that there are some interesting scenarios and mechanics that could involved it.

I was wondering if there'd be a chance to make relationships with the named NPCs more/less vanilla in the future. Like, allowing Robin to be abused by taking on their debt too late could lead to their relationship with the player being more instable, aka Robin still being traumatised during certain events instead of being naive and innocent as they would usually be. Or them just understanding more in general.
ReplyDeleteOr Whitney...like, if they have high love but low Dominance, they could end up being less sadistic (still kinda dominant/forceful, but more in a Tsundere kind, like "how tf do you even love someone? Do I...give them flowers?") I personally like dominant/pushy characters, but Whitney is too sadistic (but otherwise an amazing character and a way to change relationships to become more or less vanilla would be amazing!)
In any case, amazing work so far!
I do want to make the player character's relationship with NPCs more dynamic. That will probably involve stat changes and impactful events like Robin's trial at the docks.

I was playing the game yesterday night on my android, and I thought about certain stuff that can make the game feel more lively and fun to play:
ReplyDelete.- When you're doing the sexual intercourse with more than two or three guys, it's okay to kiss one of the guys while you fap or rub your cheeks into the other guys penis.. but not throughout the whole intercourse like it's happening now...
For example: I was having a foursome yesterday night, and I had a guy kissing me throughout the whole course of the sex, when I wanted to just suck him or any other guy... but I didn't want to use the pull away option since it disappoints the guy...
My point is, those options should be more flexible, instead of just pulling your lips away, you can have an option to like move your lips to his penis, or maybe even kiss another guy for a bit... since that one will most likely keep you from doing more advanced stuff like sucking or licking or doing anything else..
.- Another thing that I found during my gameplay, was that: sometimes, the dialogues are kinda false... for example, I was penetrating one of the boys in the foursome, and some other two guys were wrapping they hands in the characters crotch, rubbing my glans etc when I have my dick inside of the other boy's anus.. so yeah
So far, this is all I have to say.. foremost the first option I think it will give the game a lot more life and make it twice as fun since it would be kinda like what real sexual intercourses are.. They seem a bit eeh now..

Oh, and one thing I forgot... the head and neck, as well as the eyes.. look really weird in that perspective.. Neck & Head are not lined or centered with the body, and eyes I don't know if they're correct but I find them really weird..

I'm back with more info about the game... this time, I want to talk about the android version of the game...
ReplyDeleteAfter playing it for several days, I have come to the conclusion that: it is not bad, but pretty uncomfortable to play with. The reason to this is: the gameplay itself isn't bad, what's bad is that I can't flip the screen with the rotation screen option available in android... Of course, there's this > icon which you use to see the status of your character... but it's pretty uncomfortable to do so since it obstructs most of the screen... I would like the game to flip when I flip my mobile as while, which will conclude in having better vision of everything game related
But right now I feel like it's pretty eeeeh to play the game on android, because of this... I find it much more friendly, entertaining, fun to play in PC than in the current android version.. the previous ones had this problem as well
So yeah, check that out

I don't know if it gets harder everytime you get to Promiscuity 2 - 3 and so on... but I created a character and made him an exhibitionist... and the difference between rising up my exhibisionism level compared to my Promiscuity level is really big...

DeleteExhibitionism and the like don't get slower to increase exactly, but the range of effective actions changes. Soon after unlocking a new tier, the previous tier becomes ineffective. So level 2 actions are needed to get to level 3, level 3 actions are needed for level 4 etc. I need to make this clearer in the game.

ReplyDeleteIn my current playthrough (PC) I have a total of 63-64 days played.. I read in the wiki fandom page that there's a scene involving a gangbang to save yourself from Leighton's blackmailing, I still haven't gotten it..
The game is SO long, that at least for me, it's kinda getting repetitive... Waking up, working a bit, go to school, increase promiscuity & exhibitionism lvls, increasing your choice's love, making some excercise, sleeping.. it's always kinda the same thing
I think it would be a good idea to reduce some of those days, to make the game a bit smaller in terms of days.. or if you don't want to do that, you can spacre out the events a bit, and add a bit of variety to the game
For example, you get the lichen project for science one or two days after you started playing the game, and the events involving Leighton's photos in school take a long while to happen.
And about the variety, I think it would be a good thing to add these if you don't have plans on reducing the in-game days.. such as: go to eat with your couple, go out to play some arcades or bowling & pool this ones can either be with your couple or with your school friends.. go fishing when you are in the docks (which can help you gain some funds if you sell the fish to the dock guy, or if you just don't want that you can return it back to the water...
Maybe even some more events involving the forest such as camping, maybe even going to the forest with school for some sort of educative lesson but out of the school.. and this last one can he used for the other lessons such as math history etc.. instead of the museum being used only in the weekend we can pay a visit to it and learn History..
I think these could give the game a ton more life and dinamism to it, because now it's kind of really robotic and it kinda loose it's meaning after you play it for several days since it gets really repetitive...
I'll post any more info as soon as I get it.

A gym can be another good idea for making excercise.. maybe you can choose the type of training you want to have in order to have certain type of body-build.. or maybe find one of your schoolmates there, which can "help you" train and it can end up in a sex scene too

ReplyDeleteHadn't noticed many bugs only thing I have come across as a bug is Leighton's Password event even after he's been blackmailed. Intentional? If it has options later ignore, I am sure I will find them.
I do have a couple of suggestions that I hope you might consider:-
Exhibitionism mostly. Even with 100 (and set to excited by being seen in underwear or nake) "I" still seem very shy about nudity.
I feel I should be able to flaunt more (not without risk or Crime or Delanquany of course) but suddenly being scared to be seen in the Orphanage naked when you will willing sunbathe in it's gardens that way. Walking the streets naked should be a mistake but not because I am embarrassed by it. Not sure how much work that would take to implement.
Before the swim in school naked becomes an option, could swim in bikini and swim in only bikini bottoms be added?
Being able to be Topless on the beach as an option, as it's acceptable in most of the world.
History lesson, revealing outfit have a Flaunt it option. Stripping naked in Science class does.
And finally, not related to Nudity or Exhibitionism :)
History Lesson - Pillory - If you keep your head down then someone else volunteer to suffer what would have been your fate. You then have the option of Bully, Help, Ignore.
Help could lead to whatever repurcussions you think suitable :)
